Before we get into the how, we want to show you something first. It'll make the rest make sense:

It's not ChatGPT. It's not a generic chatbot. It's Carson — his podcasts, his videos, his blog posts, his clinics, every training transcript we have — organized into an AI that answers the way he'd answer if you called him up.
We Also Rebuilt The Whole Platform
While we were at it, we overhauled everything else:
- A new member portal with a cleaner layout
- A mobile app so you can watch, listen, and search from anywhere
- All your earned badges come with you — nothing lost
- A redesigned video library with search that actually works
- More content, added faster than before
How To Migrate
Simple, but read through so you know what to expect:
1. Click the Migrate Now button below
2. Fill out the order form with your info
3. The second you submit, your new account goes live
4. You'll get a confirmation email — click the link to set your new password
5. Log in and you're good: Carson.AI, new portal, mobile app, all of it
6. Your old subscription gets canceled automatically — you'll get a confirmation email for that too
7. Done
Your First 30 Days Are On Us
Some of you just billed for the month. Some billed last week. Some haven't billed in a while. We didn't want anyone to feel double-charged during the move.
Every member who migrates gets their first 30 days on the new platform free. No matter when you last billed on the old site. It's our way of saying thanks for sticking with us through this.
After that, you're back to the same $19.99/month you've always paid. Nothing's changing on price.
If You Pay Yearly
If you're on a yearly subscription, don't click the migration button — we handle annual migrations manually so you don't lose any of the time you've already paid for.

What about my earned badges?
They transfer. Everything you've earned stays yours.
Is the price changing?
No. Still $19.99/month, same as always.
What if I just paid my monthly subscription?
You're covered. Everyone who migrates gets their first 30 days free on the new platform, no matter when you last billed.
What's Carson.AI?
It's an AI trained entirely on Carson's teaching — his podcasts, videos, blog posts, transcripts, and clinics. Ask it any horse training question, get an answer the way Carson would give it. Not generic AI. Carson's brain, available any time. Every member gets access.
Is Carson.AI going to replace Carson?
No. Carson's still making podcasts, videos, and content. Think of Carson.AI as being able to ask him a question at 11pm when you're thinking about your ride from that day. Carson's still Carson.
